For the second day running, residents of Flamingo ward in Nakuru county came out to protest the disappearance of a 31-year-old fisherman Brian Odhiambo on Saturday last week. According to area residents, Odhiambo was allegedly arrested by people believed to be Kenya Wildlife Service officers and his whereabouts remain unknown to date. The demonstrations turned violent as police engaged the youth in running battles for the better part of Wednesday afternoon.
