Kisii Woman Representative Dorice Donya is challenging school leavers from the county to take advantage of vocational courses that can help them eke a living. Donya said the national government is establishing and equipping Technical Training Institutes across the country as it prepares young Kenyans for the overseas labour market, adding that accredited artisans will be considered for jobs including in the on-going Affordable Housing projects under the national government.
