A Milimani High Court has declared an executive order by President William Ruto establishing a task force to address human resource affairs in the health sector as unconstitutional. The same court through Justice Bahati Mwamuye has ruled that the decision to block demonstrations in Nairobi's Central Business District is unconstitutional, null, and void stating the decision failed to meet the constitutional threshold.
