The Commision on Revenue Allocation (CRA) has assured the senate that no county will lose funding under the new proposed revenue-sharing formula. This came out at the senate retreat in Naivasha, where CRA says, a 12 billion shilling stabilization fund will be effected to cushion affected counties under the new system.
