A Magistrate Court sitting in Nairobi has quashed an agreement between the International Governing Body, the Federation of International Automobiles (FIA) and the Kenya Motor Sports Federation creating uncertainties in the 2025 World Rally Championship slated for Thursday the 20th of March. Milimani Commercial Court trial Magistrate Anne Nyoike ruled that the agreement entered early this year by suspended KMSF chairman Maina Muturi, had no legal standing as it was executed in total defiance of a court order barring him from managing the federation’s affairs.
