ODM leader Raila Odinga has accused the government of denying counties some of their functions that have been devolved by the constitution. The former prime minister has backed county governments in their push to receive 450 billion shillings in the upcoming financial year. Speaking in Mombasa Odinga said all functions meant for counties should be fully devolved alongside the required funds. And as Francis Mtalaki reports, ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna and Minority Leader Junet Mohammed slammed sacked Public Service CS Justin Muturi over his remarks about President William Ruto.
