    Kenya and Uganda have signed a memorandum of understanding to operationalize Angololo water project amid calls for environmental conservation of natural resources. Water cabinet secretary Eric Mugaa and Uganda’s minister for environment Beatrice Atim while signing the 500 billion shillings agreement, said the project will enhance food security in the region.
