The Council of Governors releases Maternal, Perinatal death surveillance Report

The Council of Governors is calling for a review of the law that restricts women from delivering at level two health facilities under the Social Health Authority. The governors say the policy has led to a decline in the number of women delivering in health facilities across the country.
