Stakeholders in the bodaboda sector are now advocating for intensified sensitization programs to educate riders on traffic rules and proper conduct. Led by Mt. Kenya Boda Boda Riders Association chairman, Jack Ndiritu, the players have condemned the increased crime rates associated to the sector, which serves as a source of livelihood to thousands of Kenyans. The call to action comes amidst increasing cases of cars being torched after an accident has occurred involving a vehicle and motorcycle.
