Jubaland forces question

Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is demanding that President William Ruto explains why Jubaland armed forces are inside Mandera County. Kalonzo alleges that the foreign soldiers have camped at a primary school, disrupting learning and leaving residents in fear.
