A senior government printer employee has been charged with stealing 367 security-featured serialized papers used for printing land title deeds. The suspect Philip Wanjala Makongolo is accused of conspiring to steal the said papers that he had access to because of his job. This, as a businesswoman has denied defrauding three land buyers of over 70 million shillings by pretending she was in a position to sell them parcels of land located at Karen Brooks in Nairobi. Details of this and more in our Scales of Justice Segment.
