Eleven, people perished on Friday morning in a horrific road accident in Soy area along the Eldoret-Kitale Highway. Three children survived the accident which occurred at around 9.10 AM when a Great Rift Shuttle matatu collided head-on with a lorry. Police have launched a manhunt for the lorry driver who is said to have been at fault and fled the scene after the accident.
