Bar owners in Mwingi North, Kitui County have been cautioned against selling alcohol to minors and school going children. A security team led by Muumoni Deputy County Commissioner Mary Awino held a meeting with bar owners drawn from the region aimed at ensuring that they are vigilant in ensuring minors do not indulge in drug abuse. Parents were also urged to keep a close eye on their children during school holidays.
