A non-governmental organization that is committed to empowering communities through transformative education, innovation and sustainable development has been launched in Nairobi. Speaking to journalists during the launch, the Chalan Foundation founder Margaret Koskei said the organization has managed to support over 350 students through scholarships and more than 321,000 others with life skills since it was started in 2013. The initiative covers 10 counties.
