The High Court in Kiambu has given the green light to Parliament to forward to the President the names of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Selection Panel for an appointment. Justice Dora Chepkwony, dismissed a petition opposing the list citing its lack of inclusivity. She said there was no evidence to prove that persons living with disabilities were excluded or that the panel failed to meet gender and regional balance requirements.
