The High Court through Justice Chacha Mwita has directed the Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja to immediately reinstate the security of the former Speaker of the National Assembly Justin Muturi until a Petition before him is heard on 24th of June 2025. Mwita further directed the IG not to withdraw the security of the Former Attorney General until he renders his verdict on the matter.
