Public Service Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi is proposing a commission of inquiry to look into reported cases of abductions and related killings in the country. Speaking after visiting the City Mortuary to show solidarity with a family that are seeking their missing kin Muturi said Kenyans need to know who is behind the abductions. His sentimnts came as Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Wetangula called for thorough investigations into the alleged abductions.
