Environment Cabinet Secretary Soipan Tuya and her Tourism counterpart Dr.Alfred Mutua have initiated a tree planting exercise at the Muumoni Hills forest in Mwingi North Constituency Kitui County. Tuya says the initiative is part of the government’s vision to achieve 30 percent forest cover by 2032. Mutua on the other hand called on the electorate to give the mandate to leaders who have positive records on the development of their respective areas. While in Muumomi, Mutua said his administration will continue to support President William Ruto’s agenda on development for all.
