Doctors in the Country are threatening to down their tools starting March 18th over their inability to access medical services under the Social Health Authority. According to Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists, and Dentists Union (KMPDU) Secretary General Dr. Davji Atellah, doctors are suffering due to the government’s failure to remit to SHA doctor’s monthly contribution of 2.75 deducted from their salaries.
