The government will crack the whip on real estate companies said to be duping unsuspecting land buyers. This follows a directive by Lands Cabinet Secretary Alice Wahome for the Estate Agents Regulatory Board to take action against such companies. Wahome further directed the board to develop policies that will ensure quick resolution of disciplinary issues involving fraudulent firms or those engaging in misconduct.
