Mwingi West MP Charles Nguna: So far, 5,400 homes in Mwingi West have been connected to the national grid through the Rural Electrification Programme by REREC. This current financial year, an additional 1,504 households have been powered. The connectivity rate remains high and we are optimistic that another 10,000 homes will be connected within the next three months.
