High Court has given a nod to a list containing members of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission selection panel, that will pick the body’s commissioners ahead of the 2027 general elections. High Court Judge Dola Chepkwony dismissed a petition challenging the panel for lack of inclusivity and also dismissed a petition challenging Azimio’s nomination process, saying the claim that the coalition failed to conduct a competitive and open recruitment exercise could not be substantiated.
