The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission IEBC, says it is committed to ensuring there are free, fair, transparent and peaceful by-elections on Thursday, November 27, 2025. Speaking in Nairobi, IEBC Chairperson Erastus Ethekon has urged those participating in the by-election to adhere to the code of conduct, saying the electoral body will not condone any acts of lawlessness during the exercise.
