Wiper Patriotic Front leader Kalonzo Musyoka and former Botswana President Seretse Ian Khama have called on African governments to allow democracy to flourish during elections. Speaking during the commemoration of Africa Day and the second anniversary of the African Institute at Lukenya University, Mtito Andei, Makueni County, the duo emphasised the need to liberate Africa from selfish leadership, cruelty, intolerance, and dictatorship. This comes after Tanzania's recent election was marred by political violence and loss of lives.
