    The government is setting out its next trade steps following the expiry of the African Growth and Opportunity Act, AGOA. Speaking during the AMCHAM State of Trade Forum in Nairobi, Trade Cabinet Secretary Lee Kinyanjui says the government is strengthening its its industrial base by expanding Special Economic Zones, investing in electric mobility and pharmaceuticals, and diversifying supply chains, as the country waits for further guidance from Washington on a new trade arrangement
