The Kenyan Government says it is yet to locate the body of John Ogutu, the Kenyan teacher who was shot and killed at the height of post-election violence in Tanzania. Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi says Ogutu died at the Goba Centre in Ubungo District of Dar Es Salaam. 8 other Kenyans who had been arrested and detained in police stations across Tanzania have, however, been released. Pressure has been mounting on the government to address the disappearance of Kenyans abroad, including those said to have been trafficked to fight alongside Russian forces in Ukraine.
