Takwimu zilizotolewa leo na halmashauri ya kitaifa ya kukabiliana na uraibu wa pombe na dawa za kulevya-NACADA zilifichua kuwa takriban nusu ya wanafunzi wa vyuo vikuu humu nchini wametumia anagalau aina moja ya mihadarati maishani mwao, huku pombe, sigara na shisha zikitajwa kuwa zinazoweza kupatikana kwa urahisi zaidi.
