The National Environment Management Authority has ordered the Nairobi City County government to immediately clear heaps of garbage dumped at Kenya Power's Stima plaza on Monday. Through its Enforcement Director Dr. Ayub Macharia, the Authority faulted the County Government for engaging in unlawful acts that endanger the health of residents. Meanwhile, service delivery at Stima plaza remained partially paralyzed owing to the stench from the garbage for the second day in a row. John Kahiro with the details.
