The National Police Service Commission has been barred from taking part in the planned police recruitment. This follows a ruling by Judge Hellen Wasilwa Thursday that sends the commission back to the drawing board. And as Ruth Wamboi reports, the Judge has further called on parliament to review the two contested Acts to avoid the overlaps and usurping of powers of the Inspector General.
