Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro has called for the reinstatement of the National Government-Constituency Development Fund. Nyoro says that the recent High Court ruling that declared NG-CDF unconstitutional will have a negative impact on grassroots development. A section of the civil society however supported the ruling and cautioned against any attempts to re-introduce NG-CDF.
