The Commission on Administrative Justice is demanding urgent action and transparency in tackling complaints against the judiciary. The Commission's chairperson Charles Dulo, expressed concern over significant delays and the backlog of unresolved cases. Out of 700 complaints filed over the past five years, nearly 60 percent remain unresolved, casting doubts on the judicial system's efficiency and fairness. The Commission is urging Chief Justice Martha Koome to act swiftly, requesting a detailed report on the status of these complaints and a compliance update to be submitted to the Office of the Ombudsman within 21 days.
