Justice Bahati Mwamuye, while lifting the orders on Friday, directed both the applications filed by Eliud Matindi and the Attorney General to be heard together on Monday morning the November 17, 2025. The new directive by the court now paves the way for the recruitment to go on unless the National Police Service directs otherwise.
