Waumini wa kanisa katoliki wamekuwa na hisia mchanganyiko baada ya kusikia sauti ya Papa Francis leo Ijumaa, kwa mara ya kwanza tangu alipolazwa hospitali, mwezi Februari.
Sauti ya Francis, iliyorekodiwa jana Alhamisi, ilichezwa kwa waumini
waliokusanyika kwenye bustani ya Mtakatifu Petro, kwa maombi.
Vatican imesema Papa Francis mwenye umri wa miaka 88 amekuwa na
usiku mtulivu na amelala salama, aliamka baada ya saa mbili asubuhi
Ijumaa.
Madaktari wamesema hawatarajii kutoa ripoti ya hivi punde kuhusu afya
ya Papa, hadi kesho Jumamosi, kwa sababu hali yake ni thabithi na
kwamba hana matatizo ya kupumua au matatizo mengine kwa siku
kadhaa sasa.
