The residents who spoke during a free medical camp expressed concern that the medical scheme has encountered a myriad of challenges, including system failures, additional payments, and limited coverage. Some of the complainants claim they have been forced to dig deep in their pockets to foot bills that should have otherwise been sorted by the medical scheme.
