Wadau wa sekta ya afya wanahofia kuwa Zaidi ya vijana 4,000 katika kaunti ya Kwale wanaotumia dawa za kulevya wako kwenye hatari ya kuambukizwa na kueneza maambukizi ya HIV kutokana na kududimia kwa ufadhili wa mipango ya kupunguza maambukizi hayo.Vijana hao wamekua kwenye mipango mbalimbali inayofadhiliwa na shirika la misaada la marekani - USAID na hazina ya Global Fund kuwaisaidia kupata sindano mpya za kujidunga ili kuepuka maambukizi ya HIV. Wadau hao wanaitaka serikali kuhakikisha mipango ya kutoa sindano na dawa za methadon haififii. Lawrence Ng'ang'a anaarifu zaidi kutoka Kwale.
