The State Department for National Government Coordination Principal Secretary Ahmed Ibrahim says all stalled projects in Mandera will be resumed and completed. While conducting a verification and validation exercise of priority projects, and identifying challenges for better service delivery, the PS also said the government is intensifying efforts to address the drought situation, with additional intervention measures to be rolled out across the counties.
