The National Police Service has mapped out high-risk security areas in the country as Kenyans get into the festive season. Deputy Inspector General of police Eliud Lagat, warned criminal gangs of dire consequences, pledging enhanced security surveillance during and after the festivities. He was speaking to reporters in Ngong Kajiado County after a meeting that brought together provincial police commanders to assess their level of preparedness to handle security and other related issues during the festive season.
