Why cases of teenage pregnancies are on the rise in Kitui

Kitui County Director of Education Dr. Khalif Issack is urging parents to be wary of what their children are engaging in during the night vigils known as `kesha` prayers. Issack, who spoke at his office in Kitui County attributed the rising cases of teenage pregnancies and school dropouts to activities done during such events. He further urged local chiefs to ensure no child drops out of school.
