President William Ruto says the National Defence University’s bold step to invest in specialized training on defence, will help confront the emerging challenges posed by the fast changing global security landscape. The Head of State said misinformation and disinformation remain a challenge to rolling out of key government programs in the Country saying the nation must always be guided by facts. The President made the remarks during the 2nd Graduation Ceremony of the National Defense University in Lanet, Nakuru county where 227 graduates were conferred with various degrees and Diploma certificates.
