The killing of 50-year-old herder Isack Jarso Delo in Kone village, Tana River County, has sparked outrage among residents. Speaking at the slain victim’s home in Kone Village ,Tana River county speaker Osma Galole and former governor Hussein Bado, called on the government and the DCI to take action to ensure that the suspects are charged and deliver justice to the family.
