Members of Solai Ruyobei farm Limited have appealed to the government to assist them retain ownership of the 8,000-acre land in Oljorai, Gilgil, Nakuru County. The over 1,500 members claim a group of hundreds of members want to evict those occupying the land and take over the ownership of the land without proper documentation. Musa Toroitich, the chair of Ruyobei said a group calling themselves Lari Nyakinyua group, insist that they own the land.
