Tensions are rising in Todonyang area; at the border of Kenya and Ethiopia following an attack on Kenyan fishermen at lake Turkana on Saturday.
The number of fishermen killed remains unconfirmed; however according to the Turkana County Government the attack is said to have been carried out by suspected Dassanech militia from Ethiopia
