Three Nairobi County Government drivers who illegally dumped garbage at the Kenya Power company offices have been arrested, as the Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja confirmed that 11 other senior officers were under investigation over the incident. As Emmanuel Too now reports, Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja also told the National Assembly Administration and Internal Security Committee that two other Nairobi County officers have been interdicted after internal investigations showed they gave orders for the dumping.
