15-year-old boy fighting for life at a Naivasha hospital

A fifteen-year-old boy is fighting for his life at the Naivasha sub-county hospital, after he was allegedly tortured by a group of youth to force him to undergo initiation ceremony. The badly wounded minor was rescued from Mai Mahiu center by police and members of the public, before being rushed to the hospital for treatment. The minor narrated how for three days, the suspects well known to him, subjected him to torture including thorough beatings, and being forced to eat his own vomit. Area leaders have called for the arrest of all those involved in the beastly act.
