The Ministry of Education has addressed concerns over the delayed release of capitation to schools, a topic that has caused frustration among school heads. speaking at Moi Forces Academy during the launch of six grade 9 classrooms, education PS Belio Kipsang has confirmed that the government has already disbursed ksh 35.3 billion to senior schools to ensure smooth operations and quality learning. The PS has further affirmed that by the end of the year, teaching and learning materials for grades 10, 11, and 12 will be ready for senior school learners.
