Deputy President Professor Kithure Kindiki says the Kenya Kwanza government will fight the negative perception surrounding the social healthcare program at the expense of its popularity to ensure that Taifa Care works. Speaking in Kisumu County, the Deputy President said the government is working to perfect the new health insurance regime. Kindiki was addressing stakeholders at the Nyanza International Investment Conference, where he promised to champion the economic needs of the lakeside region.
