In what can only be described as stranger than fiction, police in Narok have arrested two individuals said to be Ugandan Nationals suspected of conning residents. The duo who operated under the name “Dr. Mama Tiba” are alleged to have conned residents they possess black magic capabilities to command a swarm of bees to identify individuals who were reaping where they did not sow. The two including a 50 year old woman and a middle aged man were nabbed after residents alerted police of their sorcery like activities.
