President William Ruto has arrived in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for the 38th ordinary session of the African Union Assembly of Heads of State, scheduled for February 15-16. The summit, dubbed Justice for Africans and People of African Descent through Reparations, will bring together heads of state and government from across the continent to tackle urgent issues and set policy priorities for the year ahead.
