President William Ruto has denied a report by the office of the Auditor General that the government lost 104.8 billion shillings to procure the Social Health Authority system.
SHA. Instead, President Ruto blamed fraudsters whom he said used to loot the now defunct National Hospital Insurance Fund, NHIF, and are unable to do so under his watch.
