    Nearly 50% of Kenyans say they have been victims of police abuse with a majority saying they have being victims of extortion, harassment, wrongful detention and corruption. A 128 page baseline report titled justice system response to police accountability by the international justice mission paints a picture on how a majority of Kenyans have experienced police misconduct particularly on Friday’s and Saturdays.
